Not on sale yet

DayPrivate is pre-launch. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side. Any price shown is planned and may change before launch.

The waitlist

If you give us your email we will write to you when DayPrivate is available. We do not sell or share your address, every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your work is yours

You own everything you write in DayPrivate. We claim no licence over it. Because the file lives on your device, keeping a backup is your responsibility, and we cannot recover data we never had.

Using this site

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. The text, design and code here belong to us. You may quote and link to it, but not republish it wholesale as your own.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date below is when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
